Adoption, not technology. The platform is only as good as the data going in. The biggest risk is subcontractors bypassing the system — workers tailgating through turnstiles, equipment operators disabling GPS trackers, supervisors doing paper-based inspections instead of digital. We need strict enforcement from day one: no turnstile scan, no site access and no pay. No equipment tracker, no fuel authorization. And we need to show the value quickly — in the first month, I want to demonstrate concrete ROI: reduced equipment idle time, faster incident response, fewer payroll disputes. That's how you get buy-in.

We've embedded 24 wireless temperature sensors throughout the pour — 12 at the core, 8 mid-depth, and 4 near the surface. They transmit readings wirelessly every 15 minutes to the smart site platform. The platform continuously calculates the temperature differentials. If the core-to-surface delta approaches 18°C, the system sends an alert to your phone. If it hits 19°C, it can automatically activate the curing system — adjusting the water flow on the surface irrigation pipes or warming the insulation blankets, depending on what's needed.

You can set custom alert thresholds and receive push notifications. The system also automatically logs all data to the quality records — every temperature reading is traceable for the as-built dossier. By the time the 14-day controlled curing period ends, you'll have a complete, tamper-proof temperature history report ready for the client.
