This Privacy Policy applies to Local Password Locker (also known as "电脑本地密码保险箱", the "App"), developed and provided by Doni Zhang ("we," "us," or "the developer").

1. Data We Do Not Collect

This App is a fully offline, local-only password management tool. We do not collect, store, or share any of your personal information, including but not limited to:

Name, email address, or phone number
Geolocation data
Device identifiers
Photos, contacts, or other device data
Browsing history, usage patterns, or behavioral data
Any form of analytics or tracking data

2. Data Storage

All password data (project names, accounts, passwords, notes, etc.) is stored exclusively on your device locally via a local database (NeDB). The data file resides in the App's user data directory. No data is uploaded to any remote server or synced across devices.

You may delete any password entry at any time through the App's delete function, or uninstall the App to remove all local data.

3. Network Connectivity

This App does not use any network connections whatsoever. All functionality (adding, editing, searching, import/export, etc.) operates entirely locally with no network communication.

4. Third-Party Services

This App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking SDKs, or data processors. The App code is fully self-contained with no dependency on external online services.

5. CSV Import/Export

This App provides CSV import and export features for data backup and migration. These operations are performed entirely locally:

When exporting, you choose the file save location and data is written directly to a local file
When importing, you select a local CSV file and data is read directly into the local database
No data is transmitted over any network during this process

6. Children's Privacy

This App is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect any personal information, we cannot and do not actively identify or differentiate child users.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be published via app updates, with the new effective date noted on this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically for changes.
