Yes, both units are connected. We'll start with the ratio test on all tap positions, then winding resistance, followed by the insulation resistance and dielectric tests. The test equipment calibration certificates are posted on the wall.

We've completed the functional test for MCC-06A. Twenty-three out of twenty-five circuits passed. Two issues: feeder 12 has a faulty relay and feeder 18's ammeter reading is inconsistent with the test instrument by 8%.

Let me check. The relay on feeder 12 was damaged during assembly — we already have a replacement and can swap it in within the hour. The ammeter issue — was the CT ratio setting verified?
