Let me do a pre-energization check first — busbar connections torque, grounding continuity, and insulation resistance phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground. This wasn't part of the original SAT plan, but after shipping, it's a good practice.

I agree. The FAT values are in the factory report — we should compare. If insulation resistance has dropped significantly, it could indicate moisture ingress during transit.

We ran the SAT on the boiler feed water pump train. The pump started smoothly and vibration is within spec, but the flow rate is 12% below the performance curve at the design point.

That's concerning. We passed the solo run, but the integrated test with the actual piping system is showing the gap. Let's check the suction pressure and the discharge valve position first.
