Good morning, distinguished members of the steering committee. Thank you for the opportunity to present our execution strategy for the 200 MW solar park. My presentation covers four areas: project organization, schedule overview, local content plan, and HSE commitment.

Let me start with the project organization. As you can see on this organization chart, our team blends international solar expertise with deep local knowledge. Our project director, Mr. Wang, has delivered over 1.5 GW of solar projects globally. He is supported by an Argentine deputy director, ensuring seamless liaison with local authorities and communities.

Moving to the schedule — I draw your attention to this Gantt chart. We plan to achieve first power in 14 months from NTP. The critical path runs through the substation interconnection, which requires the transmission grid approval. This is our highest-risk item and we are already engaging with CAMMESA.

I called this stand-down briefing because we've had three hand injuries in the past two weeks — that's a trend we need to break immediately. Let me show you the data. Slide please.

This bar chart shows our hand injury rate trending upward: January zero, February one, March one, April one, May — three already, and we're only two weeks in. If this trend continues, we're looking at a recordable injury rate well above our annual target.

The root causes across these three cases are consistent: workers removing gloves because they're "worn out" or "too hot," and supervisors not enforcing the PPE policy. This is not acceptable. Starting tomorrow, we are implementing three immediate actions — and I need every one of you to cascade this to your teams.

One: mandatory glove check at every toolbox talk — supervisor physically inspects every worker's gloves. Three: any supervisor who allows a worker to work without proper gloves will face disciplinary action. I want zero hand injuries from tomorrow. Are there any questions or concerns?
